I've been wanting to catch people on a Saturday for a chat but a) they tend to be busy playing a game and b) not always there. Consequently I've wasted 2 months!

I really need the e-mail addy's and then I can contact people directly which has been the problem so far (were they on the sheet Mike circulated with the telephone numbers?).

Are we going to get this started any time soon?

In the Downloads section is a program called Byakhee which is used for character records and generation. It might be worth getting us all on this program as a) it's free and b) you can send me your character files when they get updated.

The set up is a bit awkward so I might organise a zip file with everything you need in it to d/l from my site. Have a look anyway.

Remember you can add 10 years on to your age and get 6 EDU but once you reach 40 your physical stats suffer, (NOTE minimum age is 19 and maximum age is 41, this is not a game rule it’s a GM rule, the minimum age above is give purely to show how a character is normally rolled up and give you a base to work from). Please make sure that your age is in keeping with your character background. I’ll be kind and allow a sliding scale of EDU vs AGE, +2 years = 1 EDU.

The next step is to come up with a profession and background for your characters. It’s best at this stage to email me with your thoughts rather than let all the players know your character’s secrets. It also makes the introduction session more fun. When we’ve agreed your history I’ll give you the Profession details so you can look at filling out a character sheet. Email is ssendam@manx.net

You will need a picture for your character, and there are loads of 1900’s picture/portrait resources on the internet so you should have no trouble finding one, but if you do I’ll dig out a good website I used to use.
